Process

After notifying us, the return must be initiated within 7 days.

Any relevant information or images of the faulty or defective product(s).
We will review your request and guide you through the return process.
​For faulty or defective items, we will bear the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for returning your product(s) to us.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the reported fault or defect. If the product(s) meets the return criteria, we will offer you either:
